Over the weekend the Associated Press published a news article about the pastor’s breakfast we recently held at the Four Points at Sheraton in Little Rock to discuss Issue 1.
Issue 1 is a proposed constitutional amendment that puts a price tag on human life and gives wealthy corporations an unfair advantage against the poor in court.
The AP article highlights some of the reasons I have opposed proposals like Issue 1 for the past 15 years, and it quotes other leaders who have serious concerns about Issue 1.
